The Development Partnership “D. P. R. U of Lesvos Limnos for Non-Discrimination Employment” of the Act “Employment with Equal Opportunities E.M.I.E.” of the Thematic Priority Axis 4: “Complete Integration of the all human resources into a society of equal opportunities” is implemented in the Framework of the Sectoral Operational Program “Human Resources Development”, for the period 2007 – 2013.
In the Partnership participates the Kentro Epaggelmatikhs Katartishs thw Perifereiakhs Enothtas Lesvou (KEKAPEL S.A.) as the Coordinator and as members the:

The main goals of the Development Partnership are:
- to produce and develop common strategies for the fight against the social exclusion and for the integration in the labor market of the unemployed who belong in focus groups
- The application of innovative actions in order to be secured the development of the above strategies
- To develop the best possible engagement of the contactors in local level for the application of the above-mentioned strategies
- To promote the active participation of the focus groups in order all the faces of the implementation to be considered and to be focused on the needs of the focus group.
- To include the gender equality principle as endogenous component of the strategies and the act’s application.
- To combine the creation of new jobs with the environmental protection and the rational use of natural resources
- To strengthen the social economy and entrepreneurship in the context of the local development dynamic.
