The above objectives are achieved in particular:

• By conducting surveys, conducting studies, operational and strategic projects, training, research and other counseling programs and the general provision of services related to Local Government, its competences, sustainable development, employment, entrepreneurship , competitiveness, social exclusion, inequalities, the introduction of new technologies and the transfer of innovation, the social economy, tourism, the environment, culture, leisure time, development s public and community services and the improvement of public administration.
• By designing and implementing integrated action plans and programs.
• The operation of specific structures that are relevant to the areas of activity included in the company’s objectives, in particular those relating to the development of the social economy, the promotion of employment and support for entrepreneurship, competitiveness and adaptability of enterprises, notably through the development of human resources.

C. The provision of services to the authorities and other public bodies regarding the establishment, organization and operation of employment offices and the interconnection between supply and demand in the labor market.

D. The implementation of actions to support individuals, vulnerable social groups, with a view to their social integration and professional rehabilitation.

E. Managing and implementing European Programs for the North Aegean Region.

F. Technical support for Development Programs of Local Government interest, promotion and creation of conditions for the continuous and autonomous development of the North Aegean Region based on the local forces, the development of human resources, the expansion of the local market work and, more generally, the promotion of endogenous development.

G. Undertaking by public sector bodies of research, studies, training and other programs related to Local Government, cooperative organization of producers and local development.

H. Implementation of development projects funded by both National and Community resources.
