WHAT IT IS ABOUT<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]CulTVET<\/strong> is a 2-year Erasmus+ KA3 program that aims to the development of the tourism sector through the creation of a common European Certificate in the field of cultural tourism.[\/vc_column_text]

Participants will have the opportunity:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • To get necessary training through a curriculum based on field\u2019s needs, taking into account the European experience.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other countries and be trained, through their participation, in a real work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    PROGRAM OBJECTIVE<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

    The goals of the project are:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Understanding the conceptual framework of cultural tourism, its specialization and field\u2019s characteristics<\/li>\n
    • Understanding the characteristics, qualifications, and needs of cultural tourism in those countries who participate in the program and the adaption of a “European Qualifications Guide for Tourism” according to specific cultural needs.<\/li>\n
    • Determining the qualifications that are more relevant and necessary for cultural tourism<\/li>\n
    • Increasing youth employment in the tourism sector<\/li>\n
    • Supplying the labor market and in particular the tourism sector with properly trained and certified professionals.<\/li>\n
    • Supporting tourism through specialized tourism managers and services so as to promote their unique product of the visited destination, to increase the visitation and reduce seasonality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

      PROGRAM PARTNERS<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]The partners in the program are from four Mediterranean countries; Spain, Italy, Greece, and Cyprus which their economy is based on tourism.<\/p>\n

      In order for the aforementioned goals of the program to be achieved, we would appreciate your participation in the group that will be created in order to:<\/u>[\/vc_column_text]

      • Present the project and its objectives to the working group<\/li>\n
      • An Introduction and a short presentation of each participant in the group<\/li>\n
      • Presentation of the European passport for cultural tourism.<\/li>\n
      • Identification and adaptation of skills\/abilities in the field of cultural tourism<\/li>\n
      • Development of the qualifications profile, learning needs and results<\/li>\n
      • Opinions on general satisfaction, activities and meeting results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]\"\"[\/vc_column_text]
