FREE OF CHARGE SPECIALISED INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SEMINARS FOR CULTURAL AND GREEN – ECOLOGICAL TOURISM

The ERASMUS+ CULTOURA BRIDGES programme invites young professionals in the tourism sector or people who would like to work in the tourism sector to participate in specialised professional training courses offered online and free of charge.

More specifically, the ERASMUS+ CULTOURA BRIDGES programme offers the following specialised courses:

  • Understanding the concept of cultural tourism, green tourism and heritage tourism and its value
  • Customer interaction and customer experience management
  • Planning and management of cultural diversity
  • Management of specific activities for cultural heritage tourism and events
  • Management of specific activities for green tourism
  • Ensuring the safety of the sites and visitors
  • Marketing and communication

The courses will be organised during the period April-June 2024. The total duration of each of the courses is approximately 30 hours. The courses will be held face-to-face in your country as well as online with the cooperation of experts from all participating countries. Participants can choose to participate in one or more courses, will be assessed and certified separately for each of them. Successful participants will receive a certificate under the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

Course participants should have an intermediate level of English and at least basic digital skills.

The face-to-face courses will be organised at the following locations:

  • Mindelo, Cabo Verde
  • Ziguinchor, Senegal
  • Luanda, Kenya
  • Mytilene, Greece
  • Castellammare di Stabia, Italy
  • Seville, Spain

If you are interested in participating, you must complete the application form below by 31 March.

There will be a limited number of places and there will be a first come, first served basis.

Successful applicants will be notified by 4 April. Courses will start on 8 April.

The ERASMUS+ CULTOURA BRIDGES project is funded by the European Union. It is coordinated by Action Synergy (Greece) and the partners are the Research, Education, Innovation and Development Company of the North Aegean Region, ELORIS S.A (Greece), the University of Cape Verde (Cabo Verde), the University of Assane Seck de Ziguinchor (Senegal), the Chamber of Commerce of Seville (Spain), the RAS Foundation (Italy) and the NGOs Associação dos Amigos da Natureza (Cabo Verde), Plateforme des Femmes pour la Paix en Casamance (Senegal) and Kipepeo Community Empowerment Program (Kenya).

TOURBO offers an innovative approach to a crucial priority for the EU: Enabling Public Authorities and MSMEs to develop TWIN TRANSITION Strategies to stimulate economic development of the regions.

The Covid-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, as well as digitalisation and climate change, have highlighted the importance of government resilience in the face of unexpected shocks and stresses. And they have also demonstrated the transformative role of digital technologies in helping the public and private sectors solve urgent challenges and remain resilient during a crisis. Small and medium-sized enterprises are crucial to the EU economy: they account for more than 99% of European businesses and provide two-thirds of private sector jobs. The twin transition will strengthen sustainability through technology and enable a sustainable digital transformation for European tourism MSMEs.

This project will identify and share innovative and best practices to improve the transition to “Industry 4.0” in tourism-related MSMEs (such as small accommodation operators, restaurants, small local craft businesses, small tourism service providers, etc.). The use of digital approaches and new technology solutions can help accelerate European sustainability policies while creating more responsive, intelligent and inclusive local and regional governance strategies.

TOURBO will create a sustainable and progressive framework for the integration of a resilient tourism sector into local and regional policies, especially with the aim of the transition pathway of MSMEs by a quadruple-helix approach for a smart-green transformation.

8 partners will:
* Analyse and exchange how interregional collaboration helps to foster the regional transition pathway
* Develop innovative SMART-GREEN-METHODS in tourism-related MSMEs.
* Build the capacity of tourism-related MSMEs to become more resource efficient
* Build the capacity of all relevant public authorities on how to incorporate TWIN TRANSITION Strategies

“Πρόσκληση εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος για εμπειρογνώμονες για την παροχή υπηρεσιών καινοτομίας σε ΜΜΕ στον τομέα του ΤΟΥΡΙΣΜΟΥ”

Η παρούσα Πρόσκληση εντάσσεται στο πλαίσιο του έργου INTERREG EUROPE TOURBO και αποσκοπεί στην κατάρτιση σύντομου καταλόγου Εμπειρογνωμόνων, οι οποίοι είναι πρόθυμοι να υποστηρίξουν τις μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις που δραστηριοποιούνται στον τομέα του ΤΟΥΡΙΣΜΟΥ για επενδύσεις στην καινοτομία και είναι πρόθυμες να υιοθετήσουν μεθόδους και λύσεις ΠΡΑΣΙΝΗΣ και ΨΗΦΙΑΚΗΣ ΜΕΤΑΒΑΣΗΣ στο πλαίσιο της επιχείρησής τους.

Πρόκειται για μια Κοινή Εκδήλωση Ενδιαφέροντος που εκδίδεται από την SVEM – την Περιφερειακή Υπηρεσία Ανάπτυξης της Περιφέρειας Mάρκε και την ΕΛΟΡΙΣ Α.Ε – την Εταιρεία Έρευνας, Εκπαίδευσης, Καινοτομίας και Ανάπτυξης της Περιφέρειας Βορείου Αιγαίου και το αποτέλεσμα θα είναι ένας ΕΙΔΙΚΟΣ Κατάλογος Εμπειρογνωμόνων.

Σκοπός της παρούσας πρόσκλησης εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος

Η SVEM και η ΕΛΟΡΙΣ A.E προβαίνουν σε επιλογή και πρόσληψη επαγγελματιών, τόσο ιδιωτών όσο και δημόσιων/ιδιωτικών εταιρειών/φορέων που ειδικεύονται στην καινοτομία για τη ΒΙΩΣΙΜΟΤΗΤΑ, την ΑΠΟΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΝ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑΚΗ ΜΕΤΑΒΑΣΗ στον τομέα του ΤΟΥΡΙΣΜΟΥ.

Οι επιλεγμένοι Εμπειρογνώμονες θα υποστηρίξουν μια ομάδα Τουριστικών ΜΜΕ στην Ιταλία και την Ελλάδα παρέχοντας συμβουλές για την εισαγωγή καινοτόμων ιδεών και πρακτικών για την προώθηση πράσινων και ψηφιακών λειτουργιών στην επιχείρησή τους.

Για να διαπιστευτούν και να εισαχθούν στον κατάλογο του INTERREG EUROPE TOURBO, οι αιτούντες πρέπει να πληρούν τις απαιτήσεις που αναφέρονται στο ΑΡΘΡΟ. 7 του “Πρόσκληση εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος για εμπειρογνώμονες (KPs)”.

ΠΡΟΘΕΣΜΙΕΣ

“Call for Expression of Interest for Experts to supply Innovation Services to MSMEs in the TOURISM Sector”

This Call falls within TOURBO project, and it is meant to Short List a pool of Experts, that are willing to support MSMEs operating in the TOURISM sector for investment in innovation and willing to adopt GREEN and DIGITAL TRANSITION methods and solutions within their business.

This is a Joint Expression of Interest issued by SVEM – the Regional Development Agency of Marche Region and Eloris – the Company for Research, Education, Innovation and Development of the North Aegean Region and the result will be a UNIQUE List of Experts.

Purpose of the present Call for Expression of Interest

SVEM and ELORIS are shortlisting and recruiting a roster of professionals, both individuals or public/private companies/entities specialized in innovation for SUSTAINABILITY, DIGITISATION AND ENERGY TRANSITION in the area of TOURISM.

The selected Experts will support a pool of TOURISM MSMEs in Italy and Greece providing consultancy for the introduction of innovative ideas and practices to foster green and digital solutions in their business.

To be accredited and inserted in the TOURBO List, applicants shall meet the requirements listed in ART. 7 of the ““Call for expression of interest for experts KPs””.

To be inserted the candidates shall submit:

-the Application Form (Annex 2) duly filled and signed;

– the Declaration of Honour (Annex 3) duly filled and signed;

– a CV/Company/Organisation Resume in English, which is significant with respect to the skills and activities described in art.3 and art. 9 of this call, adding, if necessary, a description of criteria displayed in the call for EoI, art.9 a), b) c);

– For Public or Private Research Organisations only: a scanned copy of the Establishment Act/Statute (which can be submitted in original language);

– a copy of a valid ID document of the signatory person.
